We’ve been home from Italy now for about a month. What a great vacation!!! I can’t remember if we’ve ever been on a two week trip before but two weeks in Italy was like heaven! How soon can I move there?

One of my wedding clients turned me on to a possible biking vacation in Italy. I sit WAY to much at a computer and so this seemed like just the thing to get me moving more at the YMCA. You’d have to be crazy just to show up in Italy for a week biking around Tuscany and not to have moved much before you got there. Italy was kind of a bribe to myself to get in a little better shape.

I usually like to travel on the light side with my photography equipment so just the Lens Baby on my Nikon D-700 and my point-and-shoot Canon camera came along for the ride.

Besides 6 days biking around Tuscany we popped into Rome, Florence, Sienna, and Venice. Can’t wait to go back!!

Introducing the the parents to be of William David, 8 pounds 14 oz., and 20 inches long. He was born May 23rd at 10:53 AM. His parents say he’s perfect of course and they might be right!! I’ve seen him and he is perfect!

I can’t believe how amazing the fine art images turned out or how beautiful Amanda is!! I only wish I’d had some pics like these taken of me when I was prego eons ago.

Thanks for letting me capture these images of the two three of you!!

Carrie & Tim Get Married

Totally love Carrie & Tim! They were on the speed wedding planning schedule. When their top venue choice called and said they had a vacancy and did they want the date they said yes and planned the whole thing practically overnight. (Not really but so much faster than most couples do.)

What’s not to love about having your wedding at the Cincinnati Art Museum? It is one of the most visually lovely places in the Cincinnati area and the staff is top notch!

I’m still in awe at the beautiful job Goodwin Lighting and Kevin Ford at Ford-Ellington Floral & Event Design did for the reception.

The cake -yum- by Terry at the Metropolitan Club

Music by the Hawthorne String Quartet & Jeff at Party Pleasers-great party!!
