It seems like a good idea to post a few pics from Daphne & Jason’s pre wedding video and photo shoot even thought I’ve already posted a slide show with even more images. Checkout the previous post for all the juicy details of probably one of the most interesting weddings of the year!
Thanks once again to Kyle Wagner & Michael Wilson for their wonderful back up and photo support and second shooting!!

Finally I can share what will probably be the most unusual wedding of the season for me this year. Daphne & Jason REALLY thought outside of the box for their wedding!!
Daphne told me when we first got together that she could never ever have just an average normal wedding! That sounded great to me!! Then she told me that what they really wanted to do was to have a surprise wedding. How do you go about having a surprise wedding? Well, they told all of their friends and most of their family that they were getting married in Florida July 4th weekend and then invited them to an at home celebration in the Pavilion Room at the Hilton in downtown Cincinnati for a party the week before their “wedding” in Florida.
Daphne had two dresses for the occasion. She had the absolute cutest little short party wedding dress and a long more traditional dress for the real ceremony. (Check them both out in the slide show below). Daphne & Jason mingled with their guests for the first hour or so of the party and then Daphne slipped away to change into her real wedding gown. Daphne’s dad welcomed everyone out to the party at that point and invited them to enjoy the video that Steve Zugelter of Studio Z Films had put together. It was fabulous! The guests enjoyed the video and as it came to a close the screen rose into the air and Daphne & Jason where standing behind it in their wedding clothes with the minister. Rev. Neuroth let everyone who hadn’t figured it out already in on the secret accompanied by lots of clapping and cheering. What a wonderful surprise!!
For months now I’ve been in on the project working with the incredibly talented and creative Steve Zugelter, Studio Z Films to put together all the details for our shoot including a helicopter, red Corvette, gravel pit-quarry, and historic water tower on top of Longworth Hall. Exciting stuff! Fabulous job Steve!
Enjoy the slide show I’ve put together of a few images from our shoots before the wedding. I’ll be sharing pics from their wedding in a later blog post as soon as IĀ finish their edit.
Congratulations Daphne & Jason! Thanks for including me in such a creative wedding! You’re the best!
It is a must to see the magic Steve created!! Click on the imageĀ below to see his wonderful work!
